2 years agoMaximum 4 pax in premise for now December 2021. Make sure you get your queue number upon entering. Overall is very good services and process flow7 months agoSometimes the roadtax sticker might runs out. U may need to check the “roadtax sticker out of stock” notice at the front door before enter. Otherwise he/she will ask u “ko Tidak nampak notice dekat pintu tiada stock Ke”..a year agoSuper efficient. Working hour only 1 counter operate to serve nearly 10 customer. Waited for 30 minutes to buy stamp ONLY. Legend. But they won’t care right? ☺️a year ago2 out of 3 counters operating on a Friday lunch time with only 2 clients ahead of me, not too crowded. Was called within 10 mins waiting time, and driving license was renewed within 5 mins. Excellent and prompt service.Pro tip: If you’re too busy to go renew license on your own, you may send a trustable rep with your IC and old driving license to the counter.
a year agoBad service. Visited 5.3.22, 1030am, non peak hour. waiting number 1022, attended fast by counter 4.Asked for post laju sercive to send off a parcel. Was asked to self install pos mobile app and proceed with application.
Attempted install app but failed, asked back counter whether can proceed without app, given a look with no answer.
Did not expect such service in the year of 2022. Extremely disappointed.
