However, when I handed over the shoes, the staff abruptly turned rude, snatching the shoes and stating they could only stitch with white thread, not gold, in a sarcastic tone, suggesting I could do it myself since I had glue. This abrupt change in behavior caught me off guard, and thereafter, the staff avoided making eye contact while responding to my inquiries.
I’m disappointed by this lack of basic service etiquette displayed by your staff. I’m not questioning their skills or the quoted price, but rather their behavior as a service provider.

Called in to help unlock a door as I was locked out of my room. Very responsive after I sent my address. Needed to wait quite a while but I was not in the rush so it was alright. The locksmith was very polite and also apologised for being late. The door unlocked in less than 5 minutes and told me that I could call back if there are any problems with the lock. He even gave me some advice for digital locks. Highly recommend.

Tough lock took almost 1.5 hours.. they decided to take another alternative. finally able to get into the house.. that’s the most important to me! phew! good job guys!
Truely agree that Tang is a reliable and responsible locksmith. Called him as we were locked out. He came ard 20min aft my call. Very calming and assuring to my elderly mum and instead of hacking the door, he went down n get more equipment to open the door. Thank you! Merry Xmas, my angel!
