Attached is the receipt of the bad experience. They only allow us to pay by per game after they shouted and threaten us. Felt bad and offered to do so. But humiliated us further by shouting loudly to all in Queue after us. Saying there will not be any sales by per game. And those that is not pleased can leave.

Good and polite customer service from the 2 Malay , 1 Filipino and 1 Chinese guy. They were so friendly and I will come here and bowl with you all again

Super pleasant experience here at sonic bowl tamp hub. Shout out to Irfan as transaction was quick and efficient. Customer service was top notch and would definitely return.

    Its located inside the bowling center at NSRCC. I sometimes go there to buy bowling gear. Its also not that expensive.

  1. Traditional bowling alley. No frills, serves its purpose. While place looks worn, the lanes are well kept and is an enjoyable place to bowl at.

    Price wise considered value for money.

    Place gets a bit chilly at times (but then again, aint it the same for all bowling alleys?).

    Service staff are very friendly and nice.

    Worth coming for people staying around the area.

  2. Worst customer service ever.
    As we entered, we specifically asked to bowl for 1 hour. The staff insisted that we should only pay after our game so we went on to play. However, after a few games in, we realised that there was no timer or counter that informed us how much time we had left. As such, to be safe we decided to end our game. As we asked for our total price, the cashier nonchalantly stated that we had to pay $58. And kept asking for our mode of payment. We realised that the price did not match the price stated for a 1 hour session, so we politely asked for a price breakdown.

    Instead of assisting, the staff at the counter replied that she will show us the breakdown in the RECEIPT. This meant that we had to pay first which defeats the purpose of checking for a price breakdown in the first place.
    We then politely explained why we wanted to check the breakdown before making payment, but the female staff VERY sarcastically told us “A: 3 games, B: 3 games, C: 3 games”, as if we had asked a dumb question.

    We were very taken aback by her attitude, but remained patient and explained to her one more time that we had asked to play per hour and not per game.
    She then calculated the time we started and the time we ended (which was more than an hour because we were UNAWARE of what time we needed to end — since there was no timer or reminder) and it turned out to be the same amount as if we were to pay per game.

    Once again, she sarcastically and nonchalantly stated that it was the same price.
    It was very tiring trying to explain that it would not have been the same price as we only planned to play for one hour.

    Overall, our disappointment and frustration was NOT because of the human error made at the beginning of the session, but much rather the lack of professionalism and sincerity in the way the lady staff handled our issues at the end of the session. There was no sense of sincerity and the cashier was not apologetic at all. Instead, she was VERY sarcastic and seemed to not take us seriously. I felt that we were looked down on and definitely felt very unjust that we had to pay over $20 for a staff mistake that was not properly handled in terms of basic customer service.

    Very disappointed and we hope some form of action is taken.

  3. Great place to bowl. Good prices. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought over a lighter ball for my son to use. Machines are easy to use and have fun themes to choose. Very clean place.

  4. Lovely time bowling here on a Wednesday morning, the retirees are out here! The staff is friendly, the lane oils are great!

    Honestly it’s a good place to be at. We loved it!
