Overall price is reasonable per I guess standard market rate, and while some of the comments here rated the front desk staff as unfriendly and not so responsive, I guess it depends on how u approach and communicate as well. I have no problem at all, and again, Dr. Nurin is very friendly and very accommodating, and that I salute.
I would definitely recommend to come back again. As they are quite new I guess, the waiting time is close to none when I went during weekdays and possible to walk in for emergencies and they can attend to you immediately if there are no other appointments during the same time.
(I went to another Vet nearby before- didn’t work, hence I came here.)
Took my cat here for the first time without appointment, at first the receptionist/vet helper were hesitant to take us as the slot was full. But they take a look anyway and help my cat with his problems (nails grew so long until poke into his paws), and told me that my cat also have an ulcer in his mouth. So they set me an appointment the following week for check up as the Doctor was not available at the time to look for his ulcer. And yes, it was the Vet Helper who assisted with my cat’s nails. (cut the nails and put antibiotics cream) very helpful, so I have to give credit to them.
Anyway, I came to see Dr. Diana the following week to treat my cat for his ulcer’s problems and she was very knowledgeable and calm treating my cat, and for that I am grateful. So she gave 3 medications (tablet pills) for a week and it worked! My cat no longer drooling all over his mouth and his appetite has increased. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ❤️
The service is good. You may need to book slot in advance to secure your time. If not, walk in may take more time for waiting your turn.
I have to say all parents are over worried about their kids, I brought my son because he has red nose and sneezing issues and he haven’t recovered from heart problems last week… Dr on duty that day was Dr mithrra. She is super friendly and patient and 200% professional. She explained and taught us how to make him feel better not only that she also shows 200%love to pets. I trust my kids when with her. Thank you Dr mithrra.
Took my cat here for castration + boarding for 3 days. Lovely clinic with the friendliest staff. Thank you to Dr. Mithrra and team for taking such good care of my cat. He was being difficult but the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and able to eat. Definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Mithrras services.
The vet is always fullhouse everytime I came in. Better to book a slot first I think. Overall the vets are knowledgeable, professional and friendly! My personal fav is Dr Diana.
It would be great if they can provide 2 staff and 2 PCs for registration & dispense cause the counter always full with people coming to collect their pets, people walk in to register & people waiting for dispense & payment.
Overall worth it! Will be coming here foreverrr! ❤️
