The worst thing was when we were trying to pay. They had a sale where when you purchase more than 2 items, you get an additional discount. So another customer decided to combine orders with us to get that discount. The staff absolutely hated that idea and decided that that meant that our money mattered less. They decided to stop serving us half way and went to serve someone else that bought 3 bags instead.

We decided to ask another salesperson to help and they answered quite rudely too with “you guys want to combine you have to wait”.

They were absolutely unprofessional and will absolutely NOT recommend shopping here. Save your money for better service. -100000/10

Like the sale person who is serving me.not manage to get her name. 40 percent additional 20 percent when purchase 2nd item hehe. I was dilemma which colour to choose then she gave me the suggestion thanks alot

Good collection, staff was very friendly.. affordable.. 50-60%off on some items.. expect a queue outside wait time 20 mins during peak hours.

Lousy place have a security for what not even so much crowd. Having 6 customer in store and has been denied to enter having to queue for 10 minutes. No price tag as well, is lame. Excessive amount of staff recruited in store, waste of resources just put a price tag lol

Purchased my handbag here, staffs were friendly though, however major embarrassment as the staff did not remove the magnetic tag which was inside the bag, tis resulted to me going to other stores on GPO and the beep went on and I was checked several times as if I have stolen items, has to come back to Kate Spade and got it removed and told the staffs the agonising embarrassment I had to go through

    The store is large, well organised, air conditioned, comfortable and clean. This is a two storey store. Men’s collection at the upper floor and Ladies’ on the ground floor.
