It’s a 2-storey restaurant. The ground floor has a counter, self-service kiosks & a limited dining area. 2nd floor also has a self-service kiosk & spacious dining area, indoors & outdoors. A restaurant’s cleanliness is quite satisfactory. 5/5
Service is so-so. Didn’t wait too long for my order. However, I noticed one of my foods item ordered was missing. I asked the counter & they told me they are still preparing it. The staff should inform the customer & supposed not to take up back the table number until all foods delivered. 4/5
The free parking for McD’s customers is limited. Otherwise, you may park at the roadside (using a coupon). 3/5

5 months agoNot worth the hype. Food is average, might be below. Taste somewhere else better than TB. With the same price you can get a better meal deal at other fast food chains. The service however was very fast.7 months agoTheir service deserves a 5 star rating. The food is great too if you want a quick and hot meal. I got the loaded grill and asked for less cheese and they actually fulfilled my request. The place was clean and well kept too. I came at 9.30am and there was no wait. Fast food at a premium price.
Try and get a whopper to suit your big appetite, junior whopper won’t cut it as it is quite small.
Their cheesy fries are delectable but it sets you back at around RM 6. Normal fries are cheaper though.
Same row as texas chicken and costa coffee.
They also have a drive through
This Burger King is really a good place to vibes. It doesn’t have a lot of dine-in customers (probably more customers had delivery, drive thru or takeout) but the aircond was so cold, just like texas. Maybe the complex was set that way.
The service was fine but they were too understaffed sometimes, the food took a lot of time to finish.
But luckily it doesn’t affect the quality of food so I enjoyed it. Although the food also could have a bit of improvement.
Ordered takeout thru drive thru yesterday. After food arrived, I checked and missing 1 beefacon burger. Return back to cashier together with the receipt. The cashier apologize for the mistake and return the burgers. When I get back to office, apparently the cashier return the same thing and still missing beefacon.
As my breaktime was over, decided to call the outlet >10 times no one pickup. Not to mentioned it was hard to get the outlet phone no. Called BK customer service, said the manager was not available, and will call me back. Till now, no call back or follow up whatsoever.
Bad BK CS, and bad outlet feedback too.
I ordered burgers +2 crispy Fried +coke. The Fried Chicken was over fried almost burnt. Plz improve the quality of food.
Doors are open and within “grilling hours” of the shop but the counter and kitchen is empty at 1.50pm. Can’t even buy any food from this outlet during lunch hour. Might as well avoid this particular BK at lunch hour
