The worst subway staff ever. The staff is really not friendly at all, serve the customer with sour face. Why have to arguing with customer? Your job is to serve the customer not to argue even though you are wrong. Didn’t apologize when wrong and attitude “always right” should be avoided.
Management please replace a better staff as a cashier.

Hygiene of the place was awful, windows marked with stains and the garbage piled in the dustbins. Small insects flying around the place, and alot accumulated at the upstairs sauce area. Complained to the staff at the counter that it was geli, they continued looking at their phone and dismissed us saying “biasalahtu, takpe.” Bad attitude. After a few minutes, an old waiter came to spray the sauce dispenser with sanitizer but still didn’t deep clean. Terrible service.
People at the back doing who knows what, kitchen staff playing around. There was no customer around and yet no one was to take cash payments, one employee named saufizah dropped a chicken and put it back in my order ?? which was very disappointing and disgusting
Whipped potatoes steam too long time. The taste is very weir. Other than that, it’s all very good. Hope next time the whipped potatoes can do better.
