The place is always crowded with university student, the place is casual and comfy, the food is good as the branch wants to keep their good quality but the employee they need to learn to be more polite and friendly with the customer. It also have a drive thru as if people are rush to somewhere else they can buy the fast food through the drive thru. The services is quite fast and they also has delivery if you are craving for some fast food but did not have transportation.
Overall, Gong Badak’s McDonald’s is quite amazing in its own right, being the largest McDonald’s restaurant in Terengganu. Its strategic location being close to UniSZA and UMT has improved the volume of visits, both for takeaways and dine in. Seatings are ample and well managed. However, due to the pandemic, customers aren’t allowed to fully utilize the available sits to maintain physical distancing. The SOPs are carefully maintained at this establishment, there will always be a staff securing access control to the restaurant. Could’ve been better though if the traffic isn’t so weird, during peak hours cars would line up to go for the drive-through but for those who want to dine in, they’re not able to park their cars because the line prohibits them from accessing the parking lots. They have to line up too before being able to pull up into the parking lot.
If u want to study there make sure u choose time wisely as its a place for eating and hangout. After eat please clean your place as we can help out the worker. Just pick up your tray and wipe your table. Easy. If your food’s condiments does not enough, just tell the worker. Because my nasi lemak didnt have sambal on it and i asked the worker there, and they give it. Just ask, dont cause any terrible scene there. Alright

Slow serving time, everything else is okay. Need to train staff better
