Used to be a cool hangout place when it was first open years ago. Easy to find parking in the compound and table for dine in but it was years ago. Due to the growing populations of this township and neighbouring places, the road leading to this place is getting from bad to worse. They even need to impose parking in their own compound. A place to avoid and the quality of food is not helping either.
Suraya at the counter is damn slow, after noticed her that we were rushing, she take her own sweet time and takes 5 whole minute chatting with her colleague, then only prepare the 2 drinks, her shift is at the front desk done in btw
Drive thru. Your staff needs more training on courtesy. Don’t know to say thank you or welcome. Giving receipt with just a blunt face no speech. Also the person giving food also silent no speech. Also no sauce given when we purchased nuggets and fries. Terrible staff. Every mcd the food is the same. The only difference is the staff. Train yours better!
Went in around 1230PM even in Google says operation until 12PM only. Now this branch is open 24hrs already. Service fast nothing to complain.
Food standard:- Food served was not brand standard as we received it after 1 hour, it was sitting in one corner inside a takeaway bag when we ordered dine in, they just took it out and served us. Food was already cold except for the fries and the cold drink which they threw away and gave us new.
Service:- monotonous service like robot with no emotion. I was waiting to get my good in the pickup for 1 hour, no response from them until I asked them where is my food. Only answer is please wait, that’s all. No sorry, no apologies no nothing.
I even complained in the McDonald’s app. Normally other branches will contact me regarding the feedback but this branch, no reply and no call back.
Atmosphere- very good, large space.
Parking: – need to pay.
