Went there as first visitor of the day. The staff taking order at cashier greeted us with a smile. The place is clean, cool and bright. Fried chicken taste is too light. Spaghetti is so so. The sauce is not tasty enough. Burger is quite nice though. The patty is juicy, bun is ordinary.
For me, I expect better taste and serving since Jollibee is a big famous franchise in Philippine. Hope they improve the recipes here, since people here are used to strong taste of Malaysian dishes.

Finally, I’m back to Jollibee after 4 months with my friends. This time the food was fresh and warm, and the chicken was crispy. The beef burger rice could be a little warmer. The sauce is thicker and better as compared previously. Overall foods had improved. 4 star overall experience.

There is nothing to be said about its look as it is new. However, the tables are uneven, quite annoying as you will get pinched every now and then. Food is not even warm, even though I was there at 11.15am. The chicken is dry, and the brown sauce is watery. I won’t compare the taste with the original franchise in the Philippines, but it’s not even at par with the one I had in Sabah. Will give it a month or two before re-evaluating them again. Benefit of doubt as it is a new franchise. I went there on 7/6/2023.

Past midnight experience is really really bad today, customer service is horrible and nasty, very rude cashier used cursed words and fowl language at customer, product is reduced portion because this worker is lazy to refill the chocolate dispenser. Hope Mc Donalds Melaka take seriously note of this unprofessional staff that brings shame to Mc Donalds good name.
The size of burger patty, bread and nuggets have shrank & portion too. There is basically no service (no staffs to clear and clean table, if you are lucky you might be able to get a staffs). Outside sitting is hot and humid.
How do i explain this I have no other words to say well McDonald’s dataran Palawan melaka makes me feel like home before this if anyone still remember me I hope they still remember me as Thier staff but it was an opportunity to work for you all you all have teach me all about service I have grown working for you all I really don’t what happened after COVID but till this day I remember you all treating me like family even when I was about to quit i still remember Thier advice to never give up on life no matter how hard is it so to McDonald melaka this I tell you never give up even Ada boycott keep on going jng kalah thank you and god bless you always
its mac, expectation is there when you step in. cleanliness is there. friendly staff. well, just craving for a bun when i decided to go in. fast service, maybe due to off peak. Play ground for kids looks good.
VERY good service! Asked for a bit more caramel in the McFlurry, and the manager did it for us with pleasure, AND checked back with us to see if everything was OK. Very good service, other restaurants can learn from this ??
