We visited the KFC on a weekend evening for dinner. There were a few other tables dining upstairs, and the atmosphere was stuffy, even though it was raining outside. The air conditioning seemed to be not working properly.
We went downstairs to ask for more chili sauce, as the self-service station was running out. The staff only gave us a few small packets of chili sauce. When another family later complained about the same issue, they were only given a refill of the sauce bottle.
One of our mashed potatoes was also of poor quality, as you can see in the picture.
Overall, we were not impressed with our experience at this KFC branch. We would not recommend it, and would suggest driving a few minutes further to the KFC Rawang City instead, where the food and service are of a much higher standard.
It was a worse experience in drive thru. The ordered was not well taken. They have promoted ice blended like no other drinks with spicy chicken mcdeluxe set. Then, sauce was not provided in the set. When we opened it to eat then only we realised the sauce was not there. Then we went there n asked for sauce then the staff said we need to ask for sauce for burger. How to eat a burger without sauce. And the ice blended straw was too small and couldn’t get the drink well. The chicken fillets in the burger looked and tasted like refried. Very bad experience hope everything will be improved!
I take away big breakfast and went back home just notice mcd staff left out hash brown, there is no customer in restaurant at that time, I wonder why still can make mistake on my order, really bad service!
Everything is fine, faster drive through, faster meal preparations, 24 hours. But, the toilet facility is slightly in poor condition. Not clean and not functioning taps and pipe levers
-Serious problems with the service.
-The food was very poorly prepared for customer.
-Waiting for more than 30 minutes in the restaurant when there are just got 5 families eating there.
McDonald’s with the best service we have ever been. Manager Diana is very professional and polite when attending us. Other staffs are equally kind too! Thank you so much for a great service!
