New and maintained equipment; got all the essentials. 2 stories, 1st floor machines & cardio. 2nd floor free weights.
Cons; no extra barbells, only one per machine/bench. No adjustable squat rack. Quite cramped for deadlift/barbell bent over row.
Went 8pm to 10pm, not crowded.
One of your trainer, his name is Amirul is really helpful and very kind. His services towards the client and also non-client is really super great. Instead of being a personal trainer, he also do cleaning and re-racked the plates to keep the gym tidy, make registration for new clients, serve the people inside the gym very well such as educated people inside the gym of new knowledge about fitness politely! Therefore, i would like to suggest to your top management to grant him a good award and reward, and also a PROMOTION for him! He such a brighter stars among the stars in the galaxy!
I’ve been working out here for a year. Personal trainers always greet you brightly. The cleaner cleans every day and always keeps a clean gym. Amirul is the best coach. He spends a lot of time demonstrating the movements and takes a closer look at each person’s movements. So I grew muscles and was able to stay in shape. I highly recommend it.
They have Pilates and Les mills class which this is the unique point to join Anytime Fitness! Equipments are mostly new. Most important the gym opens 24/7, you can work anytime! I had workout during early morning is fine as there is emergency button there.
Awesome Gym, Space was big & clean. Went on midnight, traffic was low.
Gym does not have a dedicated Cable Chest Fly, a little dissapointing. Feels like its an essential in every gym.
Equipments were all clean and in great condition, except for the tricep pulldown rope.
5 stars because gym was overall great in general.
Good gym equipment, 4 racks and enough benches. Has hack squats and additional glutes machine as well. Would have totally given a 5 star if the place can be colder, perspired alot during workout.
