a month agoIt was a traumatic event ever happen to me. I did bleaching + colouring cost me about rm700+-. There after im experience a really bad hair loss . A handful of hair each time after showering . At first i did’t realise it was that bad. Until my husband tell me that my hair is everywhere on the floor and its getting worse . Until i had anxiety to wash my own hair as it will cost me to loss even more. I did went back to their salon and state my problem . But the only word that i can hear is that the lady said it was not her fault and ask me to go see Dr . Then i ask them who gonna be responsible for my hair . She said she cant do anything. Im in the state of depressed and sad due to massive hair loss. That is not what i want to hear from their side . Claiming nothing to do with what had happened. Hair is a crown to every women . And now i lose the only crown that i have. I dont mind spending money on hair. But i cant even touch them as afraid that i might break or loss. ?????????10 months agoJack was very friendly and gave good advice and tips on hair care. Hair wash and blow felt good and comfortable! Hair cut turned out great too. Will come back again.3 weeks agoFirst time go Malaysia salon. I do rebonding keastrain about 688 RM. Take about three hour time. My stylist is hao. Quite patient and gentle speaking. I go there when no much customer. During weekday. The rebonding ok. At least my hair don’t feel sting. I saw other review another salon people spoilt their hair doing rebonding. Thus abit scared. I can wash my hair next day. This salon is around 30 mins from ciq. Grab very fast can book car. Had a great experience here. George, with 20 years experience, was so professional and kind. They really get to the specifics of what you want. Did a perm + cut for 460 ringgit. Definitely coming back in a years time!! ?
I would highly recommend people to try this place. The service there was amazing! Michael was very patient and helpful with my inquiries. It is a friendly environment! They gave me advices on how to take care of my hair colour. Additionally they provide snacks and drink for you. I would definitely come here again!

Be sure to look out for the very skilled hair stylist named Michael. He is very professional and good at colouring and styling hair…he is simply the best! Stumbled upon this outlet by chance. Michael was meticulous and has great sense in style. The hairstyle chosen by my daughter was not quite suitable and he was able to adjust to fit her frame and personality perfectly. She was so happy to finally change her hairstyle after 2 years of keeping the same style.
