There’s no hard selling from her at all unlike most hairstylists who will always try to sell u various treatments or products. Instead it’s always me asking her for advice for treatments and products to use.
Thou I’ve not been dyeing my hair as often as in the past now, I still go back to her (since she’s opened her own salon with her husband) for hair trims or cuts whenever needed. I only trust her with my hair and this pair of husband and wife are truly one of the most hardworking couple I’ve met.
And always always make sure to call and make appointments as they’re always packed esp on weekends and xmas/ CNY periods! With appointments, u definitely will be served thou sometimes might still have to wait as they’re really popular and will always try to accommodate everyone even walk-ins (gotta wait even longer and sometimes risks being rejected if their salon’s overwhelmed with customers). They often go hungry for long hours as they really put their customers first so one can definitely be sure that you can walk away happy and satisfied with your hair at the end of the day!
The lady boss is really friendly, provided tips along the way and did a fantastic job on my hair! I got a digital perm done, with haircut, wash & blow plus treatment. Prices are very reasonable and this is an underrated gem in the neighbourhood. Will continue supporting for sure!

VERY WORST , I did half rebounding and half perm last Friday and my hair turn out really bad. I can’t believe my eye that my hair became very frizzy and very rough, no more curl after I wash my hair. I paid 248$ for this bad hair. Doing my hair at this salon is my worst decision ever.
When for a reborn and colors. Reborn don’t last for a month and color (dark red) less than a month too!! Lady boss Skill level: rough. The male boss was very noise!!!
