JakaAlso like to point out the the hairstylists generally gave an unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe which was a turn off.
Would never pay for such expensive services again given the quality and poor service.

Had an initial bad experience because the reference photo and the final outcome of my hair didn’t gel.
Gave a photo reference of an actual dye job and turned out to be super different. Wanted BLEACHED highlights and went home with blue and uneven green highlights. I was asked about the colour (which I understood and was promised that it would look better than the photo reference…) but the unevenness of the colour really stood out when I went home and tried to take photos.
However, I managed to make another appointment and the salon graciously helped to rectify this situation! Very professional BUT:
It’s pricey because of their products as they use high-quality (bleach). Customer service is great but if you’re looking to save money I wouldn’t recommend this salon. It offers a huge variety of services which is great, but I think ultimately you have to purchase their salon package for it to be more value for money.

The lady boss is really friendly, provided tips along the way and did a fantastic job on my hair! I got a digital perm done, with haircut, wash & blow plus treatment. Prices are very reasonable and this is an underrated gem in the neighbourhood. Will continue supporting for sure!

VERY WORST , I did half rebounding and half perm last Friday and my hair turn out really bad. I can’t believe my eye that my hair became very frizzy and very rough, no more curl after I wash my hair. I paid 248$ for this bad hair. Doing my hair at this salon is my worst decision ever.
When for a reborn and colors. Reborn don’t last for a month and color (dark red) less than a month too!! Lady boss Skill level: rough. The male boss was very noise!!!
