I have naturally dark brown/black hair and wanted to change it to ash blonde. Unfortunately, I had visited two other salons previously but they couldn’t give me the results I was seeking.
Then I met Nick Tan at Hair Atelier. He and his assistant Jasper were very patient in styling my hair based on its natural wave and provided excellent tips for daily hair maintenance. But most importantly, Nick successfully achieved the colour from my reference picture, instead of brushing off my comments after the first attempt didn’t match the picture exactly. That to me shows professionalism; someone who stands by their work, dedicates time to understanding and acting on customer feedback.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the overall experience, including complimentary drinks and shoulder massage were icing on the cake.
