At first I was served by a nice staff who is informative and understanding, then he went on break while I come again and the other taller staff was kinda weird which didn’t answer me straight from my question and when I told him I could come back later for the staff who served me earlier because he knows what I want, then he just keep saying wait and get me the items I mentioned but get me the wrong item.

I was thinking he might trying to ‘steal’ the client from the staff, that’s why he won’t let me go and keep pushing me to deal with him. If he really did it, and if they work with commission, I don’t think he deserved it.

And afterward I went to other branches for accessories, then realized my name was wrongly inserted by the weird staff. Then the staff there changed for me OMG

  5. Went to fix my phone at level 2 .
    Good service and efficient.
    Price is reasonable
    Was told that within an hour , however get my phone less than 30mins
