a month agoAmidst the crowd, doctors, nurses and frontliners are trying their best to provide their treatment and services. Thumbs up to Room 1 Dr Syazwaniliza on your nice treatment? Come in the afternoon for lesser crowd and better service. Note on the car parking, be careful on the road as its very narrow to park in the vicinity?With a small fee, this is a good service☺️Keep up the good work??a month agoDespite the look, KK Dengkil has the best staffs of all KK I have ever visited. From first liners to the doctor, lab staff and pharmacist even cleaner, staffs and doctor are so friendly, polite, gentle and surprisingly they are all fun! They seem to enjoy their work very much (lucky me I came on their best mood day maybe :p). Imaging getting so sick yet still feel amused by the staffs treatment towards ALL patient. I was there from maybe 2pm till 4pm. In that two hours of silent observation, I am so touched with how gentle and polite they, men and women, treat all the patients, caressing patients’ wound, treating elderly, adults, kids and babies, changing atmosphere and their way of communication based on patient’s age. I even got candies from the staff cause I said I feel hungry when they asked me am I okay and how am I feeling. I appreciate those candies very much cause I am so hungry having no appetite to eat or drink since beginning of the day cause of coughing and vomitting. Thank you KK Dengkil. It is a small KK with enough facilities but its staffs have big hearts. Saranghaeyo KK Dengkil oppas and onnies ????❤️2 months agoAppointment on 830 but always settle after 12pm. So slow, less counter and person in charge, no systematic process, its 2024 still pakai kertas which takes time to write, staff(nurse) pun macam tak bersemangat nak buat kerja… senang citer no urge of urgency3 months agoWorst klinik kesihatan ever!!! 25 September 2023, we waited almost 4-5 hours, there only 2 doctor available, and yet there is no announcement from chief nursing officer why we have to wait almost 4-5 hours.!!!!! WORST KK EVER2 months agoA public clinic for Dengkil & Cybersouth residents. Both residents have their turn day for clinic appointments. Monday, Tuesday & Friday for Dengkil residents. Wednesday & Thursday for Cybersouth residents.

Recently I visited here to get some medicine .. unfortunately there is one malay staff at front counter (around 10:30pm @ 22 sept 2023) so unfriendly asking me . And also she make an annoyed face with one indian staff (maybe new staff) while she make my receipt . The service was good but maybe the staff should be more politely and friendly when asking or interact with their patients . Thank you .
The young male Indian doctor and the receptionist were very lovely, nice and helpful! They did the great profession service and given patience to my baby ??

We are very satisfied with the way of the doctor checking our daughter. The way the doctor communicates and entertain our daughter made her very comfortable and at ease. The receptionist is also very nice and humble. A very good and satisfied experience. Please remain this top notch service!
This clinic provides the best service and the indian staff sister is very warm and helpful. This is the only clinic I know that follow ups with the patients the next day visit their clinic. Good job poliklinik dengkil. Recommended
