3 weeks agoClinic Anda, please review yr covid test kits accuracy. I was self-tested positive and yet your test kits showed negative. I tested again at night. It’s two lines.4 months agoFirst time in KL, feel very comfortable and well cared compared to my country! Very good Dr. , I highly recommend as a foreigner speaking in Malaysia. Thank you Dr. Nabila for taking care of my situation. The clinics has a very high demand due to professionalism, attention with costumers and settle any kind of problems.4 weeks agoVery good service! Called the clinic regarding the medication at 3am and they still answered my call and gave me clear explanation. Well done ??6 months agoThe nurse are friendly, not like some of the review stated they are rude or bad service. I went there night time 10.30pm for my son having fever, sore throat n cough. The Doc is a malay attended us, very friendly, specific in explanation, sincere, heart of doc especially when he was taking blood test for my son. Price are reasonable. And is a 24 hours clinic!6 months agoDoctors are friendly and nurses are a bit somehow cold facial expression. Myself and family turns to this 24 hrs clinic due to super convenient. Today is my unlucky day, still waiting for the consultation after 50 mins. Not sure if there’s lack of staff but I do hope you can improve this in near future

a week agoI have been going to this clinic since my school days in 1995. Dr. Joseph stands out as an exceptionally kind and skilled neighborhood GP, offering affordable healthcare services. For instance, my recent visit for a severe throat infection, which also caused a cough, fever and nose block, cost only RM70. Doctor and dispenser is good and friendly/attentive. Just now enquiry details of billing,the receiptionist’s attitude is not really in friendly manner and informed this is what your company covering ( medical fees), so of course you need to pay the rest (in a sarcastic tone) which i feel quite offended. Of course I know the coverage before I visiting, i dont mind to pay extra ouf of the coverage, but please explain patiently if patient ask more about the billing which is the right of patient. I have been visiting this clinic for years even my family used to come here as well, but this round of visit makes me feel quite disappointed and probably this wont be first choice of clinic that I will come again.
