Think twice coming to this klinik for medical help as the staff there (not sure if qualify) chasing away patient …. they can spend time to scroll phone get message to argue with patient then to help speed up the process… they have forgotten whay patient walking in a klinik .they probaly has the idea patient walking in asking for charity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst clinic I ever experience. They will give you tons of medicine even you just had a sore throat. Compulsory fever , flu, antibiotic and even unnecessary medicine to gain the clinic receipt. Kudos to DR.Joseph

  1. Doctor well explain in a layman word. The environment is comfortable. Queuing number is not too slow and quite fast. Front desk staff are friendly

  2. Doctor and dispenser is good and friendly/attentive. Just now enquiry details of billing,the receiptionist’s attitude is not really in friendly manner and informed this is what your company covering ( medical fees), so of course you need to pay the rest (in a sarcastic tone) which i feel quite offended. Of course I know the coverage before I visiting, i dont mind to pay extra ouf of the coverage, but please explain patiently if patient ask more about the billing which is the right of patient. I have been visiting this clinic for years even my family used to come here as well, but this round of visit makes me feel quite disappointed and probably this wont be first choice of clinic that I will come again.

  4. very bad experience doctor totally no experience at all！when I ask question totally can’t answer and no response… looking at patient like patient know the answer . If I know I won’t come Klinik?

  5. Just went to this clinics because of sore throat, the young doctor very good and very soft spoken and calming you. The front desk staff also layan baik jee
