a month agomy family’s go-to clinic as it is near to my house and also covered by the insurance panel for the company I am working for. adequately equipped to to cater most diagnoses. could even perform a quick in-house blood check too. be sure to call for any questions or appointments before coming, and they always do answer the call, at least during their opening hours. parking for the clinic usually not a problem unless when it rains. for improvements, maybe the clinic could change the front walkway tiles as they tend to be quite slippery, especially when it rains. could be a potential hazard.3 weeks agoI just had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE HERE, I had a headache for 2 days and it didn’t get better, finally I decided to go to this clinic. but it was a shame that the service was very bad. When I arrived, the staff said that the doctor wasn’t there and I had to wait 1 hour. Finally I decided to leave temporarily. After 1 hour I went back there AND THEY REFUSED ME ON THE REASON OF A MANY PATIENTS EVEN THOUGH I HAD REGISTERED BEFORE I LEFT THERE. I was really disappointed they also said that there was a meeting and didn’t tell me even though during registration they asked for my cellphone number and why didn’t they just tell me that way? This is really annoying. I have headaches and have come twice but they rejected me as a patient. I won’t recomend this clinic again ur service is really bad2 weeks agoI like the service as the clinic assistants and the doctors are very helpful and kind. I have come here for quite a visit as I am comfortable with the services provided here.4 months agoUsed to come for GDL medical checkup years ago. Now, I come to do renewal check up for GDL. The doctor reject me, the reason, she don’t know what to check, i already bring the official form jpj. Please don’t hire young doctors who’s not competent to provide basic services. Wasting people time, masa call ckp boleh, dtg2 xboleh buat, hence before this i did boleh with senior doctor. If you not capable to provide the service, remove it from your service list. Dear young doctor, do u will reject all ur patients till you become old? I dont like this clinic. first it is expensive for a mid service which is just a small talk, no meds, just a urine test. it costs me rm55. next the dr asked a weird and obvious questions which are not necessary for me to answer. lastly, the dr asked me to buy the meds from pharmacy he didn’t even wrote in details. such as the frequency and all.
Strongly recommended. The staff is extremely friendly, and one of the female doctors truly advises you on your illness.
All of the doctors have been extremely helpful. And more theirs medicine price are really reasonable .
