Been here many times for self and child treatments. Never had bad experiences. Unfortunately today greeted “unfriendly” by the front staff. Just a gentle advice – if you have personal issues, don’t show it to your customers/patients. It is unpleasant when you came here to get paid treatments but getting a cold welcome. Btw Dr Intan is always gentle and informative ?

    Had great experience here with both resident doctors, Dr Farahan and Dr Seri. All staff are very friendly

    Overall service was great! Highly recommended and would definitely come here (if got sick again)

    Went there early morning around 4.30am (30 dec 2023) due to baby high fever. A male doc used his faulty thermometer and checked my baby’s temperature and said its a normal temp(36.7degree). I questioned it cant be normal because baby’s body was burning hot. Obviously the equipment was faulty. I asked him to check again. He still said the temp was normal and my baby was not having a fever despite he tried feeling his body with his hand. He said its not necessarily fever even when the body is hot. He then checked baby’s throat and lungs and still said it was normal. He even asked me if I wanted a pcm. What kind of doc is that? Dint get a chance to ask for his name but it was a Malay male doc. Later, we Went for a second opinion at other clinic, eventually my baby was having a very high fever (39 degree) and phlagm in his lungs!

    Came for medical checkup promotion on 14.8.2023 at 11 am. Dr seri was gentle with the procedure and the friendly staff were helpful too. Tq ??

    I came here after 12am, had a really bad fever and bad cough to the point my chest hurt and I couldn’t breath. I tried to explain to the doctor but she keeps cutting me off without letting me the chance to explain. She just said I have normal fever. And send me off with few lozenges and paracatemol and etc. The next day, I was burning up and couldn’t even stand up. I can’t breathe again. I was then admitted to the emergency yellow zone in the hospital. If this clinic had properly diagnosed me, I would have a better and faster treatment. Next time please listen to your patient despite what they look like. Not all patients is trying to lie to you. I’m in great immense pain thanks to the doctor that night that won’t listen to my pain.

    Went to Aurora clinic months ago. As first time parent, we sure have a lot of questions regarding our baby. Dr seri is very kind and attentive, she answer all our questions. All staffs are very polite as well. Will definitely come back again for the consultation

I dont like this clinic. first it is expensive for a mid service which is just a small talk, no meds, just a urine test. it costs me rm55. next the dr asked a weird and obvious questions which are not necessary for me to answer. lastly, the dr asked me to buy the meds from pharmacy he didn’t even wrote in details. such as the frequency and all.

  2. Strongly recommended. The staff is extremely friendly, and one of the female doctors truly advises you on your illness.
    All of the doctors have been extremely helpful. And more theirs medicine price are really reasonable .
