Nak bagi a huge thanks kepada Klinik Srikota Kota Bharu , friendly staff and thorough services. 4 hours before our flight, we had an emergency but this team made it way better.
All good now, patient needed to consume the meds while on drip and when Dr knew we were grab-bing, he offered to help get the light food and did not want us to pay back. True compassion, thank you.
Facilities were so great (really clean, comfy sofas, even wrote medicine’s full name on med labels) and happy to see many seniors getting booster shots there.
Wouldn’t wish anyone to be sick, but if you are, worth a visit here! Very lit clinic.
P/s Their team had a standardized corporate shirt which looked nice!
All of the staff are very friendly, the environment is also good and clean. overall i really like this clinic, very good!

I went PCR test on 28/1/23 alone. By the time I arrived, there was no other patient. I did the same process after filling up the form and giving ic to them(not sure why since I am not 1st-time visitor), and the registration process took longer than usual even though there was no other patient.
This time, a young unprofessional staff who wore no protective gear, including a face mask, attended to me. What surprised me was how simply he did the test. During the saliva test, people either take it from the inner wall of the mouth or near the throat, but he only taps the area between the bottom of my tongue and the mouth to get the sample. For the swab test, he only inserts the stick like 1cm in my nose within 1 second. Did he even know the virus is hidden on the inner side of the nasal in the early stage of covid?
So after 1 day, the PCR result shows negative, but since the covid symptom is showing. I asked for clarification and told them that the person who attended to me was not properly doing his job. They said you could come and do the test again but need to pay for the 2nd time. I felt cheated and went to BP clinic, and today 31/1/23 PCR result from BP is positive.
I am not sure about their medical service, but for the covid test, avoid it at all costs! Reply speed was extremely slow, could take up to 1 day for them to reply to your message.
