JakaGo there for wash only. I bring my another towel to nearby dobby to dry. The place was dirty and no water to wash your hand. Please upgrade your place. I will not go there again.

Clean place. A nice lady that helped with the washing machines. Dryer worked well. There is a bench to fold your washing. Washing 5 ringlit, drying 4,5 ringlit and soap 1,5 ringlit.
I sat at a nice place, first one to the right, which was basic, clean and very friendly. They sold an English newspaper, the Borneo post, good ice coffee (not sweet), and the best pork steamed bun I have had yet. Total 7 ringlet

Crowded ard 7pm. Dirty place & some machines out of order. Saw a guy tried to called the helpline but apparently it was off, Wth!!! A dryer machine not working & “makan” his money but helpline off.. Such service.. Won’t go back there again.

On rainy days it’s quite packed. So my suggestion is that you washed your clothes at home and then bring it to dry. I also suggest doing your laundry in the morning and afternoon instead of the evening when a lot of people doing their laundry after work.

So 3 things happened while our visit here
1. Used their vending machine to buy soup powder, the machine rejected all 40x of their own tokens
2. Used washing machine 6 on warm setting, water did not dispense until 10 mins later but the countdown timer continues to decrease
3. My friend used washing machine 5, his washing cycle restarted like 3 times.. his wash took around 45 mins to complete
Called the owner, seeking for resolution… but he just keeps circling around the reason of the issue without giving me any viable solution. I was super fed up and ask for a refund so it’s settled, and he became defensive and rude. Seriously ? this is my worse experience
