I was not at the scene, but was just only told about this unpleasant experience. At first, I felt it was the customer’s mistake in this case. However, after seeing the owner’s HARSH response (as per photo), I am SHOCKED and UPSET.
Price that’s value for money is subjective.. but publicly calling customers “mental problem”? That’s just rude and unacceptable.
Also, he admitted that he was late.. but only by 10MINS. It wasn’t a peak hour, the shop was empty. I don’t know who’s telling the truth here… But I believe there’s always 2 sides of the story.
Apologies for his “irresponsibility” and the inconvenience as there were some urgent matters half way and couldn’t comply to the awfully STRICT house rules.
Rest assured, the customer(s) will not return. Perhaps it would be great to listen before attacking people with such aggressive and hurtful comments.
