My money exchange for past few years, EURO, RM, RMB,USD all he gave very good rates and also sometimes we have smaller notes! really love it very convenient!

Last time I request exchange $30 but the uncle with the white hair says min $50 for Malaysian ringgit, today I exchange $150 he says minimum $200 before exchange to Malaysian ringgit… Very disappointed, what if the person have only $150? Be considerate to others please…
Change 100 SGD for MYS ringgit. Short old uncle (Ali) demanded $4 more from me. I politely said i dont have any. He passed out remarks rudely “$4 also dont have?!” To which i replied $100 is all i wan to change. His sarcastic reply “u dont have $4, i also dont have” wth?! i dont wanna argue with an old man in the end he take $97.92 for in return chnge me of RM330 with $2.10. Their rates are alrdy not the best & yet wanna be rude in dealing with customers. All the best & good luck to them..
Good rates, however even as a customer and a regular passerby, the worker can be seen having bad interaction with customers and showing attitude. SURE, you may have regular customers that keep coming back. Good for you. But that doesn’t mean you can treat other innocent customers poorly. SURE, there are “standard practices” you need to abide by in terms of amount needed for money changing, but that is NOT an excuse to talk to customers in a sarcastic and rude manner. You can speak to customers maturely. Basic customer service seems to be lacking by alot. Hope you can take this constructive feedback and improve.
extremely unethical business.. they hold old USD notes and give them to unsuspecting customer. They gave use 3 torn 100USD note, we cannot use them in Cambodia and Laos. Very unethical business. Do no go at all cost. Later they will say the typical scam reply to you “did you check or not?”, totally hands off attitude.
From the other reviewers and their reply to other reviews, you can also see their type of attitude and character. Also same unethical businesss model from thebother revoewss such as displayed rate is different for their current rate. Unethical.
Now how? need us to fly to US to use the note ar? Even multiple banks in Cambodia say this note is only worth 80USD here, else they won’t accept. Made us waste time going around the different banks asking for help, still the 100USD torn notes are with us now.
