Rooms are really small. The quality is fine. You get shared bathrooms and it wasn’t very clean.

Worst thing about the hotel is the receptionist. She’s really rude and mean. She just treats the guests with no absolutely respect. You can’t get any help or any advice by this lady. Not friendly at all!!! You need to learn to treat guests way better than that. If there’s a manager please look in to this. Terrible service! Ridiculous!!!

Not recommended to anyone.

    The room’s so small and not recommend for family trip if you choose the no window room. Don’t know if you choose the other room with window.

    Location quite good. Check in process is smooth.

    Let me start by saying if you’re looking for a room that has basically what you need for a room these rooms will suffice as long as you’re not expecting anything above or slightly below average. With that said here is the list of the not so good parts we experienced. – The rooftop bar across the street is loud and constant for about 6-7 hours between the hours of 5pm-minight. We needed earplugs to sleep. – The brown line MRT runs right below the hotel so every 10 min you hear the hotel rumble a little as it passes underneath you. Not as bad and annoying as the bar across the street. – They only provide you with one key card for the room, and the room’s electricity only works with the key card inserted in the room receptacle next to the door to enable all the lights and outlets. This also includes the A/C. So when you leave for a few hours you come back to a HOT room, which leads me to the windows. – The windows are old single pane, wooden frame windows that leak around & air terribly. – This may not be an issue to some, but the bathroom shower is not separated from the toilet and sink, so when you have a shower no one else can use the bathroom at all. Then when you’re done with your shower everything in the bathroom is wet, including the toilet, sink, and the entire floor. – The towels that we were provided smelled bad when they got wet. – The pillows were not that great either. One was lumpy and flat, and the other was better, but flattened over extended periods of use. – We had a broken power outlet – Two of the three horizontal shelves in the room weren’t level so if you weren’t careful what you say on them, things would slide right off.

    1. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel! Even tho the location is quite far from the main city but it’s walking distance from the MRT and there is also a shopping mall nearby.
      Check-in process went smoothly all thanks to Mr. River. He was so friendly and helpful! Definitely will come back here for my next stay, Good Job guys!

    2. The room is spacious and clean. There is a huge swimming pool which is a plus point. Great location. Really enjoy our stay here.

    3. Location is great. Near lots of amenities. Abby of Cafe Football was very nice and attentive. I also have to commend the housekeeper in level 4 (I forgot to ask his name). He was very efficient and hardworking. Our room was always pristine clean!

      While the hotel’s location was initially described as distant from popular attractions, its proximity to the metro station and bus terminal made transportation convenient. The EZ pass suggestion was invaluable, ensuring seamless travel to various destinations in Singapore.

      In essence, this hotel stands out not only for its comfort and cleanliness but also for the exemplary service provided by its dedicated staff. Despite its location, the overall experience was exceptional, making it a recommended choice for those seeking a tranquil retreat with easy access to the city’s vibrant spots.

    5. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I was very satisfied with the room and the service. After checking out, Rung helped me get a taxi. Very friendly and kind staff. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NTU since it is a close drive .
