The rest of it is a failure. I got a room next to the pub with music till past midnight, yellowish towel, torn blanket, broken tv screen, broken wall lamp and a quacky sound bed.
Not recommended unless u wish to be adventurous.
Ps: Wow!!! What a wonderful lies that the hotel dare to replied!!! A woman??? That’s a man came after me.. Good to use a woman to get sympathy. Well, if your hotel know what is customer service, you should at least tell guest that you will check in others later than me as I was sitting there waiting. You asked guest to w polite and how about hotel staffs? Doesn’t know what is politeness? Yes!!! Your hotel is a worst budget hotel with no service at all!!! And don’t give excuses on your tv channels. If not working. Isn’t that should inform me during check in? Your hotel gave free cancellation? No way!!! If not that’s I called to Agoda to complaint .. your hotel totally don’t care. I request to speak to the boss or in charge . Your staff said no one I could speak to. Why no guts to face guest? Anyway, it’s a ban for sure!!! You want guests to be polite and please learn how to be polite first as you are opening a budget hotel for business. Without guests. Your hotel is nothing. I did not ask your hotel staffs to treat me like a king but at least know how to respect guests if needed to cut queue. Simple isn’t it? I have been checking in to alot of big hotels and small hotels. Even budget hotels but none like yours. At least they know what respect is!!! 10 minutes also so calculative and dare to use woman with kid to lie about the facts!!! What a shame!!! Next time please learn to ask permission if needed to cut the queue!!!

Don’t be tempted with the price and location of this stay, why?
1) located beside main load, very noisy and cannot sleep well even I use earplug.
2) airconditional compressor located beside window, vibration sound damn noisy.
3) room sound isolation is poor, can hear walking sound and chair dragging.
4) difficult to unload luggage and personal belongings due to no parking.
5) don’t eat and drink inside room and they will charge unreasonable cost to you if found small stain.
6) need to prepare your own umbrella if raining as there is no shading exit from this hostel.
7) unsafe location as it is located at the back of the street.
Stay here for 1 night w/ my friend, overall the room is clean, tidy and i love the balcony area. Mostly, we spent our night and morning in balcony while having our dinner and coffee/tea. The staff is so helpful ??✨️
Stayed for 2 nights and then extended. Aircon was amazing (but keep the bathroom door shut because it gets very humid). Water machine for boiling hot and cold water on each floor which we always appreciate! The bed was not clean on our arrival however was changed immediately. Very quick response from staff on all matters and a good location overall! Would stay again!
Stayed only one night but had a great night sleep. Comfy clean bed. Room was spacious enough. Clean bathroom with nice hot water and good shower pressure. Aircon and fan in the room which is decent. Walking distance for many nice street art, market and food. Nice staff. Would stay again
The room is clean and comfortable. Second time staying in this Grayhaus accommodation. It is very affordable and will recommend those who just need a space to rest for a night. The only downside is the public parking is slightly further from the accommodation which will be inconvenient for people who has lots of items to carry.
