While I managed to check out on time, I ran back all sweaty as if taking a shower due to the weather humidity and did not even have time to wear my shoes…. An afterthought from the manager, Cik did offer the use of the room again after they had forced me to check out. This was nice but could have been done before I was forced to check out.
I would have let it go if they had given that extra time to get myself ready due to a bit of compassion and understanding.
PS: Everybody is doing their job but nobody even checked if any of the amenities are working in advance?
A decent hotel if just need a place to sleep for a night or two. Room is clean and bed is comfortable enough. Basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, hair dryer are available. There is a self check-in kiosk. All check-ins and checkouts are done via the kiosk. A hotel staff is there to assist. It is challenging to find a parking space, as it is a public parking.
Not so recommended this Hotel. Very bad experience stay with this Hotel as below issue .
1. Staff not well trained upon check-in taking almost 30min using self check-in Machine. Staff not even smiling although this hotel Named as Smile hotel.
2. Booked stay 2 nights at this hotel from Jul 14 till July 16 , on July 16 midnight 12am room card straight expired. What the hell !!!! Customer even haven’t on time check out the room card expired.
For those who wanna stay on this hotel, think carefully you might face my issue as well.
What a joke! RM124 for a room that small?? Are you kidding me? Not even a working smart tv. Dont deceive your customer. DO BETTER!!!
Despite a small hotel, it has own lift. Service quite prompt and very good location with lots of restaurant nearby. It has free parking at the basement nearby but it is based on first come first serve. Comfortable room and worth the price
Very late in check-in process. Have to wait almost 30 minute do tue room still not clean up yet even i’m late check-in at 5pm.
