Came in to check on an issue I had and the boss was able to pin point the issue fairly quickly and accurately.

But it seem like if the boss does not step in, things moves very slowly.

I had one of the wheels dented and the boss had the machine to shape it back to shape.

It was determined that I needed 3 new tires. Requested for options but but they were limited. When asked for other brands like Michelin, which may not be a brand they carry, reluctance is observe. I have to give credits to the boss for being honest with the age of tires.

After deciding, the tires were brought in from the store / distro. During installation and balancing of the tires, again, it seem only the boss was doing it all, which slowed the process.

The alignment machine was not working when my turn was up, so a return on the next day was required for the alignment to be completed. Workers tried to fix it for some time to no avail and the boss was naturally furious.

All in all, the shop have good diagnostics skills, bit it seem that the boss is the man to meet. Also, it does take time for things to be done here.
