a month agoHighly recommended vet for exotic animals. Brought 2 of my guinea pigs here. For Trio, Dr Samuel was able to diagnose the problem (abcess) and gave the right suggestion to not go for surgery as he was very weak at that time, the abcess popped a week later and we brought him in for cleaning. Now, Trio has gained weight, he is healthy and active again 🙂 For Cappuccino, there was a lump (an abcess) on his right hind leg, Dr Samuel cleaned the wound professionally and gave advice on how to clean it. The team will follow up on WhatsApp as well, great service. You can book through call (immediate response) or WhatsApp (slower replies).6 months agoI would highly recommend Dr Samuel and Dr Su Xian. Their kind and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease. Both were incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a clear and informative manner, with a genuine interest in my pet’s well-being. Ensuring that I understand the diagnosis, treatment options and what to to expect moving forward. Their love for animals is evident in their interactions, showing genuine care and compassion.
