JakaThey accepted walk-ins which meant that I could see the Vet almost immediately, if I were prepared to wait. A great experience, I will come again!

Dr. Tricia did rabies vaccinations, internal and external parasites, and health certificates for my two cats for exporting them out of Singapore. Everything was very smooth. Dr. Tricia is very patient and professional. She took good care of my cats and gave professional advice on medications and travel tips. And her English is very easy to follow. Nurses are very helpful and patient. They made sure I have the correct info on all documentations.

Called the clinic to ask for details for relocation of pets, details provided were great and fine, was advised to walk-in during operating hours. Brought my two pets and counter staff refused to admit that I was advised to walk-in, only by appointment basis as waiting time would be 1-2 hours. Staff had the audacity to question which number I called, sans any apology for the wasted trip. Zero customer service recovery skills.

Best vet in Singapore, Dr Joshua. A very caring, attentive and patient vet. Both my furbabies are under his care. Thumbs up!

They have issues answering the phone. I understand…. they might be busy… but dont tell me for 1 to 2 hours straight they are unable to answer the phone. Hard to reschedule appointments , or attend to urgent matter as they do not ans their phone at times.

I recently had an experience with this veterinary clinic, and I have some concerns about their follow-up service. My kitten underwent a procedure, and unfortunately, there were a few issues with the post-surgery care.
Firstly, the cone provided for my kitten was not properly secured, which made it ineffective in preventing her from reaching her surgical site. Additionally, I was not given a surgical suit as an alternative, which left my kitten vulnerable.
Furthermore, my kitten is quite aggressive and kept taking the cone off, which posed a problem.
The clinic called after their closing time for appointment reminders and when I called back there was always no answer.
One aspect that caught me off guard was the mention of the cone being provided but without any mention of additional charges. It would have been helpful to know that there would be an extra cost associated with it.
In summary, while the initial procedure may have gone well, the follow-up service and communication left much to be desired. It’s crucial for pet owners to feel supported and informed during the recovery process, and I hope that the clinic can improve in these areas for future clients.
Thank you Dr Rocky & team for taking the most awesome care of our little Luna! They are extremely genuine and sincere in what they do, and always look out for the best for the pets. They squeezed in an appointment and even extended their working hours on a Sunday to view Luna, and because of that, we were able to identify a serious case of bronchopneumonia and sent her to a pet hospital in time. We’re so very grateful for that, today she is recovered, much thanks to their dedication and help!!! Dr Rocky has the best for the pets in mind, and we are so thankful that Luna was under his care!
Really glad to have this vet in Yishun! They’ve become our go-to vet. In addition to having caring and competent vets, the reception staff are amazingly kind as well.
We are first-time cat owners and had multiple health scares with the cat. Each time we called them for advice, they would patiently assist us. When it’s not a serious matter, they will also honestly let us know that we don’t have to visit the vet, and let us know what symptoms to look out for. This is highly appreciated because our cat gets extremely stressed by vet visits.
This pet clinic is the best of all among others that i had visited before. As i have 3 adult cats,health issues are inevitable as they age.
One of my cat has severe rash on his body and wounds above his eyes. Called up clinic to make a visit however fully booked for the day. Feeling distressed appointment available 4 days later. Fortunately the sweet technician called back and informed a slot is available in the afternoon. Without hesitation,agreed and brought down my cat at the designated time.
Dr Lim assessed my cat and as per my last visit with my eldest cat,she exudes the same professionalism, sincere care and gentle mannerism towards my agitated and anxious cat. Kudos to the team for the acceptance of my visit which was on such short notice, for the kind assistance,support and assurance on my already distressed state.

Dr Rockey is a really kind and experienced vet and I’m so thankful to have him care for my dog who was suffering from a limp and we were all so worried about him. After taking the prescribed medicine my dog is back to his energetic self and I am so grateful for the amazing care shown towards him, truly appreciate your help, thank you so much!!!
