I’ve actually not visited this veterinary clinic in awhile but have done so many times previously. Never thought of sharing my experience here until I read negative reviews from different clinics, I thought, I should contribute for those who may be in need. Most reviews on this clinic are no less than 4-5 stars so I know mine would stand out a bit here.
1) Services depleted in efficiency overtime
My initial experience here was not all bad, staff were neutral (not too good not too bad) I’d say it was overall mediocre. I gave the place a chance as it was recommended by a friend, I wasn’t so keen on the doctor not initiating the check up herself and most details were by me (understandable as I am the owner, but she could have participated more). My continuation on consulting here were due to the doctor’s later informative attributes.

But anyway, they seem professional on handling sick cat, even tho my cat just passed away but they did all the best they can to save it.
The service charges is also affordable ? Not too pricey also not too cheap.
Dr.Cecilia and the team really care about your pet. Appreciate how they would give professional advice and services every time. I adopted a cat that has very large cut on his front limb few months ago. Dr.Cecilia stitched the cut nicely and gave me useful tips for taking care of him. I sent the same cat for castration afterwards. Surgery was nicely done and my cat has been living happily since then. Having this team/ clinic in KK is truly a blessing to all KK people!
Brought my pup to Kinabalu Animal Clinic last week for rabies vaccination. Location wise, its easy to find with the help of google map. Upon arrival (10min earlier for the appointment I have booked 2 weeks prior via the clinic’s website), we registered and was assisted right away. The interior was clean and well managed. The doctor was kind to even gave extra advice and let us wait inside the treatment room for 15mins to check for side effects. However, would be even better if we are able to contact via Whatsapp as well. Overall experience was great!

We paid like RM600 for our v dear, sick and dying dog to get a checkup and inevitable euthanization. I understand there were a lot of people, but we were desperate n brought our precious pet in an uncomfortable tiny box and they wouldn’t even let us transfer him to a more comfortable resting place when he was lying with his neck lying out the edges of the box and dying, like couldn’t they skip ppl when it was obviously an emergency?
On the plus side, we were going through financial difficulties that time and the clinic allowed us to pay instalments, which was rly helpful for us, the dr was also very kind and understanding when we were very emotional.
