The clinic has been around for some time now and doing really well. Things like these shouldn’t be happening. Hopefully they improve they way they manage people and workload.

I found 3 ticks in their room and i killed it, omg i even found the ticks climb on the wall, is a bit shocked me, i don’t even dare to sit on their chair anymore, **Ps**my dog live in a condo, indoor pet and never step outdoor, dog are not allowed to go out unit.

    IF YOUR CAT IS DYING OR SICK. DONT SEND HERE.

    Datang pkol 10.15am or 10.30am or something. Bawak my cat yang literally tngh dying sbb baru lepas kene langgar. I did mentioned to their staffs about my cat’s condition. I said dia baru lepas excident and currently tengah nazak. Guess what. Non action taken. Diorg suruh isi form yada yada and told me to sit and wait. THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK AT MY CAT. Tengok kucing saya pon tidak. And siap ckp, dkt sini takde xray lagi ya. Nnt kene tunggu xray dulu dkt klinik lain first then baru decide dngn muka kerek tak senyum. Probably sbb saya still pakai baju berkebun sbb rushing ke vet x sempat tukar apa2. Dudeee, my cat literally dying as i mentioned it a few times. Soo i took my cat and went for a different vet yang ada professional nurses. Oh one more thing, they already open the vet but the doctor was not even there yet. As i told the staffs that my cat was dying. I expect at leasttt the staffs immediately call the dr and inform that there’s an emergency case. But all i get was a muka masam yg x reti senyum n kerek yg suruh i duduk dulu tunggu dr while me watching my cat dying in front of me.

    1. Good Docs. Helpful and experienced. Went a few places for my dogs eyes and itchy skin. 1 doc said she has cataract the other said scratched her eyes, only in this clinic the doc’s diagnosed correctly that she has ulcer in her eyes and now slowly recovering. Tq Dr. Paul and Dr. Joshua

    2. These vets are up to date and very experienced. These are the only ones who can diagnose pet disease spot on and they are super kind to do house call only in emergencies. My cat had bad earmites, the medication administered gave relief to my cat and cleared the mites. Thank you.

    3. My dog passed away at the age of 12 but if it is not for the treatments provided by Dr. Paul, I think my dog might have passed away 1-2 years earlier. Personally, I have encountered many vets (including well-known ones) in the past years but most are selective (not taking big breeds or old dogs as if these dogs doesn’t deserve to live anymore) but Dr. Paul is the most compassion vet I ever met, he treated any pet breeds at any age with all his best (A vet which think all lives matter) so personally, I really appreciate the treatments he has provided for my dog for the past few years (Thank you, Dr. Paul).

    4. Brought our dog to this clinic for treatment after being not active and weak for 2 days. Without even check for fever or any other symptoms, the “professional” doctor declared she having parovirus and will die in 5 days.(doctor even suggest us to mercy kill her). Not believing him, we brought her to another clinic for 2nd opinion, and found out it’s just a trapped muscle. She is fully recovered within 3 days. A big NO to this clinic.
