One needed grinding and a specific screw thread and the second one had 2 bolts broken inside the frame and he managed to remove both without damaging the female thread… Quite a challenge!! Highly recommended!4 months agoMr.Van went above and beyond to help me get back cycling with a very damaged pannier bag. He sorted me a new set and even helped me to ensure I got them to my hotel.
