Room experience was just okay, spacious room, but the sound proof was not very good, bike driving around at night still able to hear.

Hotel service experience was on par, check in slow, made complaint about access card unable to bring us up to room but the reception *Tsk * unhappily, made complaint about swimming pool no towels, have to use bedroom one, when ask additional towels, first foc then second charge $10.

Location was good, driving distance to attraction/cafes.

Breakfast served very tasty and generous

Perfect location! The staff is lovely and my requests were handled professionally. The lunch buffet is also priced reasonably with lots of delicious food? will stay here again ❤️

The receptionists are very kind and helpful. I also like the breakfast here especially spaghetti bolognese.

My stay at Garden Sentral Hotel has been pleasant & enjoyable.
-The front desk is always on high alert when I need assistance, and very helpful and polite.
-Overall Room cleanliness is satisfactory.
-The in-house nourishments are flavorful.
-Since the hotel is in a shopping complex, a variety of places to go visit for Food, movies, and grocery errands is a plus for me.
-The driver provided to go visit the town is always an A+ on my list.
-Our room is near the swimming pool which is convenient for the kids.
