Atty. Ruel is affable and accommodating, making the whole experience the most entertaining I’ve ever had at a notary public office. The office itself may not seem like much (it’s on the 6th floor carpark) but it’s air-conditioned and comfortable enough. I was in and out in fifteen minutes.

Excellent work, Rowell! I walked in not expecting too much, and I got an awesome customer-centered service! Ang Galing! It’s the tiny details that made it awesome. The tip around what to do with the document I needed, the referral on how to get things done, the service above and beyond, the friendly conversation. The employees are being well taken cared of by the business owners … and the customers benefit from it! Cheers!

It is also very convenient to communicate with them via viber. Fast and convenient indeed and I highly recommend them for those needing notarization service. ☺️5 months agoI needed to notarize a note to temporarily lift the hold on my clearance record. I was in a rush and searched online for the nearest notary around DLSU Taft. The place was pretty easy to find, just ask around if you feel lost.
