We could always reach them via WhatsApp and they reacted within minutes beeing super friendly and professional all the time. When we had a problem with the payment of a hotel they helped us without hesitating and free of charge eben if we did not book the Hotel over them.

Organization-wise this went perfect! The booking at the office, the (sleeping-)bus drive to Sa Pa, the organised guiding tour in Sa Pa (Pann was THE best hamong-tribe guide!), our stay at a homestay in Sa Pa, another night at the Pao’s Hotel and finally, they organisied a pick up at the Pao‘s by a Bus and brought us back to Hanoi.
We payed a very reasonable price (around 125€) and, honestly this felt more than right.
In Hanoi, we needed another (train)ticket to Hue – they also covered us here and organised everything.
