Although I paid for doorstep delivery, they never attempt to deliver my parcel. Instead, they WhatsApp me and told me self collect it within 3 days or they’ll return my parcel. I complained to the staff before, they just say they don’t know and hang up in the rudest way possible. I’m utterly disappointed with their service and attitude, don’t know why most seller insist to use their service.
J&T keningau never attempted to deliver to the specified address even though delivery option chosen was Doorstep Delivery, asked to pick it up instead. slow and long` traffic`, about 28-30 people lining up outside. needs improvement especially in terms of parcel retrieval for people coming to pick it up, please make it faster, thanks. extra 1 star because one of the staff is friendly enough.
+one star for decreasing my spending habits cuz i dont want to endure minutes upon hours of standing waiting for my package outside in the sun 🥰🥰🥰 thanks for that
Service not very good….staff very slow..
Please train the staffs proper customer service. Dropped off my parcel today to be posted to the peninsular, greeted with a sour face and rolled eyes from the operator named Elaine Ezrah George, as if I owe her something. As a customer who paid for the service, a simple warm smile wont hurt.
