Worst delivery centre ever! Keep sending my parcel wrong to other branch. And keep my parcel for more than 1 week and not delivering. Call customer service 4 times still cannot solve my issue. Baik tutup kedai je la!
Took some time to find out this place as there’s no proper boards anywhere nearby. However, the service was quick and efficient.
Hold parcel don’t want to send, service really bad… should be the slowest & worst J&T in Msia
Zero star. No attempt made for delivery yet register package as ‘ receiver refuse to receive parcel”. If no calls or massages made to the receiver, what evidence do you have, to say that I refuse to accept the parcel? Bad customer service, no one pick up the phone listed on the Internet.

Some of Delivery mens are very rude , even take more payment request. And without permison enter houses. Its very bad attitude kindly request to brief them. Do honest and take permison when deliver at home. If faild to deliver could return back also
