Some key dishes they excel in is the BBQ Baked Buns, every single friend I eat here with will order that and it never fails to impress.

The assistant manager here was a little off today, didn’t treat his staff very well but as customers, his service was impeccable regardless.

Quality good and great dining experience! Almost everything here is my favourite but I need to give a special shout out to the carrot cake because it really tasted damn amazing, not that I have tried loads of carrot cake, but THW’s verisimilitude is probably my favourite!

The employees were friendly too and the food were served pretty fast! Albeit pricey compared to a dim sum outlet but the food were nice

The food was really good, especially the pork buns which are a definite highlight and a must try, what impressed me the most was the AMAZING service provided by the staff. The attention to customer service and satisfaction was purely mindblowing. An elderly staff noticed that I was struggling while using soup spoon and asked if I wanted fork and spoon. Another staff member came to check whether we made the correct order as our party had 3 people but we accidentally made an order for 4 drinks. Staff members came throughout our meal to constantly clear our plates when we were done with them, staff also promptly brought fork and spoon when requested for. Even the staff member who manned the cashier while we made payment was extremely nice and polite. Extremely polite service and job well done to all staff who were working the 11am++ shift on the day of 22/08/23. Really happy and satisfied with the customer care and service. The staff deserve their flowers. First time here for all 3 of us and will definitely visit this outlet again and again. Well done staff!

Decided to have lunch at THW@Tampines One yesterday. Had their famous barbecue pork bun, chicken chop fried rice, steam chee cheong fun with char siew and the fried bean curd with prawn. Their chilli sauce is one of the best to go with Dim Sum??

  1. Soups are very very salty .
    When the soup or noodle gets colder salt is seen more
    Not so great just that price is less
