Bad experience.
Appointment set a day earlier to be at 11am the next day. I came from Brunei, so had to que at the border immigration post, which moved at turtle with injured leg’s pace.
Then I arrived 10 mins early to respect the 11 am appointment time, but until 11:15, I was still not called in. So, I decided to leave.
Only the facade looks nice.

I’ve recently been to Klinik Dr Ko Miri and I am very pleased with the experience. The staff members were very polite and friendly. Dr Eddie is very caring, patient and detailed.. she really took the time to explain everything to me, despite it being a rather busy day. I was fully informed about the treatment that was given to me.. and Dr Eddie also kindly educated me on the proper skin care regime for my condition. I’m already seeing positive changes in my skin.. all thanks to Dr Eddie and her team. Very HAPPY!

a year agoThe doctor yeo has already retired on October 2021..but the clinic was opened? Why open a clinic if there is no doctor anymore? The best skin clinic ever! My skin was infected by fungi (both of my upper and lower extremities! Friendly doctor and the medications that he prescribed for me worked very well! Good price worh excellent outcome!
Went to the clinic early this morning and saw a notice on the wall ‘Open 29/7’ but don’t really quite understand what it actually means. It did occur to me that it could mean that it is close today 28/7 but a few others who look at the notice went back to their car to wait. If it is closed, just put a sign that reads ‘Close Today 28/7’ so that everyone who looked at it will easily understand. There was also no notice on your website stating that your clinic will be closed on 28/7 when I check yesterday & very early this morning. Please be more responsible & inform the public earlier if you intend to close on a specific date(s) so that they don’t have to waste their precious time to go to your clinic only to find out that it is close or with a ‘misleading’ notice. ?
Normally will open at 745am instead of printed 8 for registration. Dr start attending patient at 8.
Receptionist was rude, said they would get back to me in a week. Have been waiting for almost a month now and still haven’t got my results back yet. Made me buy medicine I did not want when I specifically asked for something else.
Uprated review: 7 months after this experience, shortly after I was called back to the clinic and was finally put on the medication I wanted. Doctor was very helpful and am thankful for them.
