the H treatment here has been working very well! seeing results & scars have faded in just a few sessions. i had mild but very persistent acne for years.. tried everything but nothing really worked so i’m really happy to finally see results! highly recommend ??
Doctor Kelvin & the staff are very friendly & patient. Acne condition will improve/recover as long you follow the 3 steps system; treatment, products & mediciation. Highly recommended!
visited the clinic in nov 2022. had been dealing with acne (teen) for the whole of that year so i decided to visit a derm.
derm prescribed me with a pill called isotretinoin 10mg, and also asked me to do the H treatment regularly (weekly/monthly). After that, i was asked to buy a whole line of skincare products from the clinic. derm assured me that aft 4 months, my skin would be cleared. this was NOT the case.
the pill gave me side effects like dry lips/skin, and also my skin started getting very sensitive/red, felt like i had post inflammatory erythema
after finishing the pills (4 months) i completely stopped taking it and just did my own skincare. i did go back a few times to do the H treatment but felt that it was a temporary solution. Hours after the treatment my skin was very clear, but a day after the treatment my skin goes back to normal, being red, irritated.
i consulted with the derm like at the 6th month, then he told me that if i stopped taking the pill abruptly then the relapse rate would be much higher, means my acne is going to come back. Derm didnt tell me this before i took the pill..? i saw some results but it was not what the derm promised (within 4 months) yeah so i just didnt want to go to the clinic anym because i felt that the large sum of money i spent was wasted.
derm was not helpful at all when answering my qns, whenever i asked qns he would just brush it off and immediately recommend me their line of products :/ kind of like forcing me to purchase the products.
after all that false hope and decrease in self confidence, im currently dealing with my skin independently, relying on skincare and healing my gut. Take note, this review is solely based on what i experienced.
Went to consult Dr Goh for laser treatment to remove pigmentation. After spending more than S$1K and 3 laser sessions coupled with H treatment each time and purchase of their products, not the slightest improvement. Waste of time and money, not recommended.
Went clinic on 13 oct after red lump appeared on my face. Dr Goh diagnosed it a cyst and gave me an injection, he also assured me the lump will resolve next day. When i asked what if it doesn’t work, he confidently declared that is impossible. Sounds odd since i believe no injection is guaranteed to work 100%. Next day lump ooze pus and blood and also felt painful. V upset his injection ruined my face and i now have to seek further treatment.
