Surprisingly good fast food restaurant. The beef whopper is 100% beef, can taste the difference compared to McDonald’s. The chicken nuggets are crispy and just right. Restaurant premise is clean and plenty of seats. Service is friendly. Would be back.
I’ve only eaten breakfast here on the way to work, but based solely on that I’d say this is the best Burger King branch I’ve ever visited. Currently seating is very spaced out because of COVID-19 and all staff wear face masks. The breakfast menu isn’t that big, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Sometimes I have breakfast here a couple times a week because it’s so good. And the breakfast sets are very affordable too. E-wallet payments like TnG and GrabPay are accepted here, and there’s a small open air parking behind the building with free admission.
Came here twice for the good ambience. Feels like cafe style and not so crowded during evening. But both times the customer service attitude is equally bad. First time I came to try the salmon mentaiko burger. It only had a miserable slice of fillet and a small drop of mentaiko sauce. Second time I came after dinner for ice cream. They were so stingy with the chocolate sauce. I told the staff about this thin layer of sauce (obviously not enough for the whole cup) and she took my ice cream back to add more chocolate sauce from the pump bottle. She was struggling to pump the sauce as it was clearly about to finish. After a few difficult attempts with maybe 3 or 4 miserable squirts, she handed my ice cream back to me and asked if it’s ok or not. To which I was still unsatisfied as I have another ice cream with not enough sauce. She annoyingly went to take out a new bottle of chocolate sauce and told me to wait again because the bottle was too difficult to open. I waited for another 2 minutes or so before urging her (my ice cream was melting before I could even taste it). Finally another colleague took the new bottle out from kitchen and pumped a few more times into my other ice cream. Not sure if anything is different between those 2 bottles but the consistency and color in my ice cream sure looks different.
The environment was chill and cafe like, I would recommend going late night as it’s less crowded and good place to hangout with your friends during midnight, the food is good and most of the time it’s served hot, though the ice cream machine was faulty a few times I came here so that’s something to note, the service is ok, sub par not friendly but not rude either, overall good place to chill at and it’s your average Burger King joint
The food were average at most and the atmosphere feels cosy and cafe like but the only downside is that the cashier and workers are extremely slow and monotonous which feels like your watching a family guy babbling the same jokes every time
