While the service was quick, I wasn’t happy with the poor ambience. Seems poorly maintained and the outlet was hot especially at the back section of the restaurant. The floor was not clean and the atmosphere was disappointing.

So I ate quickly and left.

I ordered ice cream cone here and waited 15 minutes for it. It was the only thing I ordered, it takes maximum 30 seconds to make it. Staff preferred to stand and do nothing. When I received my order, it turned out that ice was not frozen at all and fell off the cone onto the ground. I don’t recommend this place.

  2. OK, so we’re loving the Malaysian maccas! Haha.. we’re from Australia and came in to try what we don’t have…
    Had the Spicy Cheeseburger, spicy chicken burger and spicy chicken pieces and wish they had these back home!!

  3. I have requested a large chicken and I don’t want the drumstick part, but I still get the drumstick part. After that, the food that was ordered was not enough. This Bukit Bintang brunch is really bad. Please upgrade your service. CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT! Please do not use customer money like this. PLEASE FOLLOW CUSTOMER REQUESTS! If the item is not available, please inform the customer.

  4. We made a late delivery order and noticed that the two drinks cover top has TWO LITTLE TINY HOLES. I called wanted to check if it is caused by the machine malfunction or our foods has been jeopardised. Total of 2 calls picked up and hang up, and no pick up after. So pls tell me, should we continue to consume the food or throw it away?

  5. The slowest fast food branch I’ve ever seen. Took 15 minutes to make two simple ice creams and there weren’t many people.
    Update: I’m waiting longer cause they prepared different kinds of ice cream than the ones we’ve ordered
