Drive thru sometimes have to wait a few mins for someone to take your order on the microphone. Sometimes cannot make order through the drive through at all. No toilet. Must use Petronas one. Automatic order machine sometimes doesn’t give receipt after order/payment so be ready to take note of your order number.

Needs a lot of improvement in terms of service.

The order took quite long to be prepared even there was only two queue numbers including ours. But the night manger seems to be nice and check up on us. Thanks!

McDonald’s drive-through service exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient, taking my order promptly and accurately. The food arrived fresh and hot, making for a satisfying meal on the go. The seamless experience ensures I’ll be returning for more.

This location seems to really do business well . The outer perimeter is quite nice which gives a strong invitation to come inside . Cleanliness is top notch , the team members communicate well with each other and the guest . No evidence of childish behaviors. The food was also quite good. This location has earned this positive review . I will be back !

Last week i drop by in marry brown kota masai..for me the restaurant and capacity is ok …but i talking about the service too bad .. and so many house files inside the restaurant…i hope the management can do some things . The rest is ok
