The restaurant is clean, well maintained and well decorated. The toiler was clean as well. Ample of seats indoor and outdoor, although the restaurant is rather small in space. There are 4 kiosk machines which is very convenient to order. However, they switched off the kiosk machine during breakfast, which was very inconvenient for customers. Only switched them back-on after 10am.

The food quality is rather acceptable, but they forgot our sambal for Nasi Lemak McD, which was rather disappointing. Price rather standard, but you can search for more offers with their apps.

    Very disappointing. I’ve ordered many many times. Everytime I order 3 pc combo. My favourite part is the thigh, but not even 1time I get it, and you can’t request it when you’re ordering. Just wondering where all those damn thigh went….always 2 white meat and a drumstick…

    First try on texadilla, has 2 chicken thighs inside. Omg the texadilla is so spicy (for my level). I found out that texas chicken is not that crispy as last time. Their fried chicken crispy level now drop to same like kfc

    All the staffs under one roof are productive, polite, friendly and nice to customers. The only thing I hope in the future is there are more vegetarian offerings and seafood wrap. Two thumbs up ??keep up the good work gateway branch

    Very nice and cozy environment, The customers must have civic minded, even though we pay the service tax it’s doesn’t mean we can leave the leftover foods on the table like that and leave the premises, must practice to clean up the tables once complete our meal or leaving the premises,

  1. Big & spacious! After renovation the environment is good? a place that full of childhood memories.
    Things to enhance = service & experience.
    Also the parking space is quite less~ if peak hours might be difficult to enter

  2. It is a family friendly fastfood restaurant. I had a lunch there. At that time, I had a problem using my credit card; however, thanks to the one of its kind staff’s help I could solve the problem. Restroom is also well maintained. It is a clean and good place for families for light lunch.

  3. Not that many A&W left in Malaysia.
    Must visit if in Seremban. Iconic place.
    We came for waffles and root beer floats after dinner.
    Highly recommended.

  4. A&W now is ridiculously expensive. The food is not bad but RM 20 for hot dog set damn that feel a bit of rip off. Nowadays any nostalgic food that used to be rahmah or affordable is more expensive than the premium food like pizza & etc (well probably not A&W it still expensive before just still can treat yourself once in a while as a student but now it i would say it cost arm & legs). Credit where credit due the portion still big sometime but their chicken size luckily bigger than some KFC shop (The taste is not great)

  5. Too bad, can’t find this outlet in A&W app~ they don’t have the QR code that I can thru the app.

    A&W Root beer float is always the classic that I won’t want to miss whenever I visit A&W.
