I ask for peach colour, but they put hot pink colour! And they tried to scam about the price, the first price i ask is RM600 FOR HAIR COLOUR & KERATIN TREATMENT.
I’m really disapointed and not satisfied with the result. They’re a lot of different with HOT PINK & PEACH! Not worth it after 6 HOURS i’ve been thru. 6 HOURS okay!

do ask what is inclusive in each service. ⚠️ a bald chinese man staff provides extra service without consent and only lets you know it’s not included in the service you chose.
got shamed by him for asking why i was charged extra than the agreed consulted price. I’m only a student but he verbally assaulted me in another language and asked why can’t I just pay the extra rm20
but other staffs were cooperative and kind, especially the lady boss whom apologized on behalf when the bald guy refused to, instead got shamed again by the guy for telling the lady boss about what happened ?

He and his team never fail to impress me with their top notch service and high quality hair products. Result turns out awesome. I love my hair color so much.
