Bought some earbuds and had some issues with audio quality. Apparently unable to refund it for some reason? What if I exchange the same product and same issue? Then cannot exchange again…

I was at Challenger WWP today and met with a very rude staff – Name: Diong Chee Yuen
He refused to help me and called someone else to help me instead even though he was not busy nor attending to another customer. When I feedback to him that he was rude and lacked customer service, instead of being apologetic, he laughed and taunted me with “So, so??” and told me to go ahead and make a complaint if I wish to. And when I looked at him, he asked me why I was looking at him and asked me what I was going to do to him. It is clear bullying towards me, a woman. This is such a disappointing experience shopping in-store and supporting a local business. This must be why online shopping is taking over physical stores.

Last evening bought a Samsung A54 mobile phone at Waterway Point Challenger & was served by Zi Hao who helped me decide which model to get. He is knowledgeable & provide good service which made my shopping a pleasant experience.?

Typical heartland type of mobile phone shop. Repair prices are all published. Reasonable prices although you probably can find slightly cheaper price at Sim Lim Square.
But if you are staying at Punggol/Sengkang, it’s a lot more convenient and you save a lot on travelling time.
Customer service is good too
Highly recommended if you are staying in the east and you need to quick fix
I strongly discourage everyone from giving your phone for any sort of services to them. They cheated my dad. My dad went to them to change his phone battery (Samsung Note), as his battery level fell to zero very fast throughout the day. After having the battery changed in the shop, he saw no difference in his battery life. In the end, after going to another shop, we found out that the salesperson in Kinghub had replaced a faulty battery for my dad/did not change the battery at all, and cheated us of our money. Disappointing service.
My iPhone cannot charge and came to this shop. The owner helped to check and fix in 1 minute! No charge! She could replace the interface and charge me but she didn’t. Definitely recommend this shop
