I would like to personally comment about an excellent sales staff, Ash at WaterWay point best Denki branch. He went way and above to assist me with my questions on TVs, advising what’s the best for me. The after sales service was amazing as he personally came to fix the stand which my renovation workers couldn’t do it. Kudos to Best Denki for a wonderful staff. I’ll not hesitate to recommend Ash or the store to anyone who needs professional service! Thank you once again!

Located in the East Wing of Waterway Point, this electronics store is a dream come true for Sengkang and Punggol residents. They offer a vast selection of electronics, especially TVs and home appliances. I was particularly impressed by a young Malay staff member with glasses who helped me choose the perfect blender based on my budget and needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain all the features. My only gripe is the long wait at the billing counter. I waited about 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, which could be improved by adding a couple of extra counters. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its great selection, helpful staff, and convenient location. Just be prepared for a potential wait at checkout.
